How much is a domain worth?

The easies answer to that question would be to ask yourself, how much am I willing to pay for it?

As a rule of thumb, the most valuable domains are ones with only 1 word in them. Thats because they are pretty much all taken. It’s likely that any noun you can think of will be taken (if not, let me know and I’ll snap it up!) They usually go for tens of thousands of pounds each. You may even need to back yourself up with a solicitor to keep hold of a cirtain domain.

I’d recomend getting a list of domains and looking into what each one is doing: Squatting, Real Business, Under Construction or availeable. From there you can judge if they are making any money already.. and from there how much it’s likely to be worth.
